Organizer Advertising Agreement

Parties

This Agreement is between [Owner setup needed: legal entity name] ("we") and the organizer named at checkout ("you"). The person accepting confirms they are authorized to bind that organizer.

Services

Standard Listing, $79. Includes: One approved event page; Active for up to 60 days or until the event ends, whichever comes first; Publication and expiration dates shown before payment; Appears in search, category and explore results. Excludes: Featured placement; Email promotion; Social posts; Graphic design; Attendee contact lists; Paid ad spend; Automatic renewal.

Featured Listing, $149 total (not in addition to Standard). Includes: Everything in Standard; 14 consecutive calendar days of rotating homepage sponsored placement starting on an agreed date within the active term; Placement ends sooner if the event ends; Shared, not exclusive, placement labeled Sponsored or Paid placement; Returns to Standard placement after the promotional period. Excludes: Everything Standard excludes; Exclusive or fixed position placement.

Promotion Package, $299 total. Includes: Everything in Featured; One inclusion in a shared event roundup email (not a dedicated email); Two total organic social posts on accounts named before purchase; Inquiry only until channels, dates, content deadlines and capacity are configured. Excludes: Paid ad budget; Design services; Dedicated email sends; Guaranteed reach.

All prices are one time, in USD, with no automatic renewal. Tax and total are shown before payment. One purchase covers one distinct event; a multi day event with one registration destination counts as one event. Editing a purchased listing cannot turn it into a different event. No subscriptions are offered.

Exact publication, expiration and promotional dates are shown before payment and are part of this Agreement.

Founding Organizer Special

When active, the Founding Organizer Special offers a first Standard Listing for $49 (regular $79) or a first Featured Listing for $99 (regular $149), with the same benefits and listing duration as the regular package. The offer is available for 30 days after an admin-set launch date, with the deadline shown in Central Time, or until 20 distinct organizations complete a successful purchase, whichever comes first.

One discounted event per organization, including across multiple organizer accounts for the same organization. Submitting a listing does not reserve the discount; approval and successful payment must both occur while the offer is available. A spot is held for up to 30 minutes during checkout and released if payment does not finish. If the offer closes during checkout, we will ask you to confirm the regular price before any charge.

A founding purchase keeps its price and benefits after the offer closes. Future listings use regular pricing. There is no lifetime discount and no automatic renewal. Refunds follow the Listing and Promotion Refund Policy, and a refunded founding purchase does not reopen a spot.

Review before charging

Every listing is reviewed before payment. Rejected unpaid listings are never charged. A listing is published only after payment is verified by our server or an authorized waiver is issued. Material edits to a live listing are reviewed while the last approved version stays visible.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for accurate event information and for event delivery, speakers, venue, safety, accessibility, registration, ticket payments and refunds, cancellations, and any continuing education claims. You will promptly update or cancel the listing if details change.

Content and image rights

You confirm you own or have permission to use all text, logos and images you supply, and that they do not infringe anyone's rights.

License

You grant us a limited, non exclusive license to display, format and promote your listing content on the service and in any purchased promotions, for the purchased term and a reasonable archive period.

Prohibited listings

Listings that are unlawful, discriminatory, misleading, fraudulent, make false CE claims, or violate the Community and Listing Guidelines are not accepted.

Removal

We may remove a listing that breaks this Agreement or the Guidelines. Refund treatment for removal is set out in the Refund Policy. [Owner and counsel to specify misconduct removal terms.]

Payments and refunds

Payments are governed by the Listing and Promotion Refund Policy in effect at purchase. Your purchased terms are preserved if we later change our offers.

Rescheduling

If your event date changes within the same event, contact us. We will try to move remaining promotional dates within the active term. [Owner to specify rescheduling terms.]

No guarantees or endorsement

We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, attendance, registrations, revenue or CE approval. A listing or paid placement is not an endorsement. Outbound clicks are not confirmed ticket sales. We never sell or share attendee contact lists.

Legal terms for counsel
