When organizer fees are refunded. Ticket refunds are handled by event organizers.

Owner-approved policy

Setup still needed: Legal entity name, Postal address, Support contact email, Privacy contact email, Operating jurisdiction, Governing law, Approved minimum account age.
Scope
This policy covers listing and promotion fees paid to Social Work Events. Event tickets and ticket refunds are handled by organizers on their own sites.
No charge for rejected submissions
Listings are reviewed before payment. If we reject an unpaid listing, you are not charged.
Duplicate charges
Duplicate charges for the same order are refunded in full.
Cancellation before publication
If you cancel before the listing is published and before any promotion is delivered, you receive a full refund.
After publication
Once a listing is published, the Standard Listing component is considered earned, subject to applicable law.
Featured package component values
The $149 Featured package values the Standard Listing component at $79 and the 14 featured placement days at $70 total. Each undelivered featured day is valued at $5, up to the $70 featured component value. These values are disclosed before purchase and saved with the order.
Undelivered promotion
Promotional components not yet delivered are refunded using the component values disclosed before purchase. We never invent component values after purchase.
If we cannot deliver
If we cannot deliver a purchased component, we will offer a replacement schedule you approve or a refund. We do not substitute store credit where a refund is due.
Rescheduling and removal
