Agreement

What the service is
Social Work Events is an event discovery and advertising platform. We do not sell tickets or run registration for third party events. Events are offered by independent organizers unless a listing expressly identifies our operating company as the organizer.
Accounts
You must be [Owner setup needed: approved minimum account age] or older. Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate information. Profile details are self-reported and not verified by us.
Attendance and visibility
Interested and I'm going do not register you or purchase a ticket. Going status is public only when you opt in for that event.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you post. You give us a limited license to display it on the service as needed to operate it. You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload.
Acceptable use
Follow the Community and Listing Guidelines. Do not harass, impersonate, scrape private data, spam, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Organizers
Paid listings are also governed by the Organizer Advertising Agreement and the Listing and Promotion Refund Policy.
Moderation
We may review, limit, remove or suspend content or accounts that break these Terms. You can appeal through Contact and Report a Problem.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. [Counsel review needed: liability limits, indemnification, dispute handling.]
